Judge Rules that Employees Fired for Posting on Facebook be Reinstated

@donreisinger reports that Judge Arthur Amchan ruled that five employees fired last year for posting off-color remarks about their employer on #FB must be allowed to return to work, with back pay (plus interest).

The National Labor Relations Board pointed out that “a conversation among co-workers about their terms and conditions of employment” is protected, which was the basis for Amchan’s ruling.

What do you think this means for employer’s policies controlling what employees can post on social media sites regarding their employment?
