SPARC, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, multi-faceted Recruiting Sourcing Specialist to join our growing recruiting team in Charleston, SC. We are looking for a skilled, talented sourcer with at least 1 year of experience sourcing highly technical candidates either on a corporate recruiting team or as an agency recruiter. This position requires a thorough knowledge of and experience with sourcing through Boolean searches, social and professional websites and venues, cold calling, and other methods focused on recruiting from the passive talent pool. Knowledge of standard recruiting processes and methods, experience utilizing ATS, strong research skills, creativity, and the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities are essential. The successful candidate should be highly motivated by meeting daily, weekly and quarterly goals.
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will work within our Recruiting Department to build candidate pipelines for several positions in multiple disciplines by utilizing creative internet sourcing and networking methods. The Sourcing Specialist does not perform full life cycle recruiting; instead, they focus on “the hunt” and generating prospects and candidates for our critical/hard-to-find skill sets.
Must live in the Charleston, SC area.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
A minimum of 1 year of experience sourcing highly technical candidates in a fast paced environment.
Excellent internet sourcing skills, including a solid understanding of Boolean searching.
Experience in conducting cold-calls for recruiting purposes.
Ability to conduct research via internet search, social media tools, applicant tracking system, print material, and the telephone.
Experience with sourcing a wide variety of technical candidates.
Ability to work in a team environment and bring creative ideas to the department.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self- motivated and able to work independently
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, particularly as they relate to a defense contractor.
Knowledge of applicable HR related federal regulations including EEO.
Experience as a corporate, agency or executive search recruiter or researcher.
Certification through AIRS.
Full understanding of Agile Methodology and SDLC.
In depth understanding of software languages and cloud computing.
