The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works collaboratively with Human Resources and hiring managers across the organization. This person will provide support and coordinate activities in the Talent Acquisition process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist in the full recruiting life cycle in order to identify the best talent who will fit Summa’s culture and support overall organizational goals.?
Coordinate activities for various recruitment aspects ranging from posting jobs within ATS, conduct initial phone screens, travel arrangements and accommodations, scheduling interviews between hiring managers and candidates, processing new hire paperwork and reimbursements.
Serve as the Applicant Tracking System Administrator.
Act as a liaison between recruiters and candidates on any standard process questions that may be asked.
Maintain and update applicant tracking system database with interviewer feedback and candidate records.
Conducted exit interviews, post offer interviews, compile data, and provided feedback to Talent Acquisition Manager.
Participate in job fairs, building college relationships, onsite college recruiting.
Assist with on boarding all new hires logistics.?
May participate in ad hoc HR projects and duties.
Actively participate in social media/ recruiting activities.
Detail-oriented and accommodating; most comfortable working as part of a well-defined team producing high-quality output and decisions.
Socially-focused, naturally empathizes with people, easily seeing their point of view or understanding their emotions.
Ability to effectively multi-task while concurrently juggling multiple projects.

High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, tactful and diplomatic
Works well independently and as a team player. At times, may work remotely.
PHR Certification preferred.
AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter, Certified Internet Recruiter or Certified Diversity Recruiter designation preferred.
Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
Previous experience in Information Technology Recruiting or Human Resources is highly preferred.
Experience with OFCCP, AAP and Diversity employment facets is a plus but not required.
