Each Recruiter will manage multiple simultaneous searches and projects at various stages of the search process, and may have the following responsibilities:
Internal Client/Candidate Relationship Management
Acting as a recruiting subject matter expert and strategic thinking partner by providing recommendations and industry specific knowledge that contributes to the overall achievement of our Client business and financial objectives Utilizing effective communication and follow-through with internal clients and candidates, and establishing and maintaining effective relationships while selling company image and opportunities Adhere to and be accountable for the recruiting Service Level Agreement
Core Recruiting Skills:
Needs Definition: Partnering with management and Human Resources Business Partners to develop and deliver the best recruiting strategies to achieve annual workforce hiring targets for assigned business functions Sourcing: Recruiting for all assigned positions using a variety of sources, including direct sourcing utilizing social media and network contacts, internet postings, database searches, and referrals to create diverse candidate pools Screening, assessment, interviewing and selection: Providing resume evaluations, phone screenings and expertise in interviewing methodology and high-touch customer-focused processes to enable consistent quality of hire Technology: Utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the Avature Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to deliver the most qualified candidates, build strong candidate pipelines, and monitor and manage reports to measure efficiency and effectiveness Legal Compliance: Demonstrating understanding of governmental regulations, professional standards and practices related to EEO/AA and OFCCP compliance Negotiation: Ability to successfully negotiate and obtain a high rate of candidate offer acceptance
Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of recruiting experience 1+ year experience with direct candidate sourcing using social networking and media (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Face Book, etc.) Proficient (able to use with limited assistance) with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
1+ years of experience recruiting in an agency setting
AIRS Certification (CIR, ACIR, CSSR, CDR, etc.)
Experience with Applicant Tracking and Candidate Relationship Management systems
LinkedIn Recruiter experience. Experience with staffing of professional business functions (e.g. corporate procurement, legal, HR, finance, information technology, etc.) or Technical Functions ( Engineering, Chemists, Geosciences)
Ability to communicate effectively with others, and build trust and credibility
Strong written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Sets aggressive targets and meets them, balancing both business and customer needs
Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resource policies & practices strongly preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
Self-starter who takes initiative and needs little supervision
