Executive Leadership Solutions, an executive search firm based in the Gateway area of South Fort Myers. Flexible but set work schedule and may consider part time employment. Advancement opportunity to Sr. Executive Recruiter (SER) which offers draw and commissions. Several SER have compensation in the $100K+ range with some in the $200K+ range. This position is considered a developmental role to move toward SER.

Responsibilities:
1. Strong focus on sourcing passive and active candidates through networking, complex Internet searches, research and telephone calls
2. Be a point of contact for executive recruiting efforts both regionally and nationally
3. Develop and implement research strategies for current and future open positions
4. Network via Internet, phone, and face-to-face contact to generate pipeline of passive/active candidates suitable for hire. Perform direct follow up on referrals to identify qualified candidates
5. Perform search functions including database mining, job board searches, functional Web site searches, direct sourcing, and cold calling to assist with passive/active candidate development
6. Make initial candidate contact, at various levels, when needed to establish relationships and develop an interest-level in opportunities at KPMG
7. Act as a liaison for the Senior Executive Recruiters and Hiring Managers to provide search strategy assistance for mid to senior-level positions
8. Source, maintain and update competitive intelligence data for Sr. Executive Recruiters
9. Maintain compliance and sourced candidate information to ensure that the internal research data base is updated regularly

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university not required but considered a plus
2. Four plus years of experience in candidate research/recruitment at the corporate and/or search firm level
3. Strong command of applicant tracking systems
4. Able to contact prospective candidates and network for additional referrals
5. Able to market the value of research and recruiting to internal clients of various levels
6. Able to call prospects of various levels and hold meaningful discussions
7. Internet search tools and techniques in any of the following: AIRS, CPC certification, Boolean logic or Library Sciences studies
8. Able to conduct research for multiple openings and prioritize work based on business needs
9. Leverage established professional network for good of the firm and continue to build network internally and externally
10. Willing and able to share knowledge with team members in live meetings, net meetings, teleconferences, etc.
11. Able to deal with rapidly changing situations; demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work independently
12. Highly organized and possess excellent influential/verbal/ written communication skills
13. Team player who displays urgency
