Posting Job Description:
Time Warner Cable East Region currently seeks a Senior Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition & Movement team in the NYC office. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Position Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will drive the full recruitment life cycle while attracting and sourcing top-tier candidates for all levels within the East Region of Time Warner Cable.

Essential Job Functions:
·Under general supervision, provide full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers) for mostly exempt level positions within the functional area and may provide cross functional support as needed.
·Possibly oversee day to day recruiting operations within a functional area.
·Provide direction to the recruiting coordinator to monitor the recruiting process.
·Identify qualified and diverse candidates via job boards, internal availability and other creative sourcing methods to include passive recruiting.
·Will be responsible for special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed.
·Consult with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills for open requisitions as well as present to senior leaders in functional area on recruiting activities, initiatives, etc.
·Partner with all hiring managers during the recruitment process to ensure that top quality candidates are recruited and hired into the organization.
·Screen candidates using all recruitment tools, screen, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
·Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, peers within TAM organization, outreach organizations, and client HR partners to ensure hiring requirements are met.
·Provide recruitment reports to Talent Acquisition & Movement leadership team.
·Develop and maintain a network of contacts and community resources to help identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
·Develop strategies, approaches, and materials that promote the East Region of TWC as an employer of choice.
·Assist in the implementation of affirmative action plans and diversity recruitment goals and programs.
·Ensure adherence to corporate, state and federal regulation requirements including AAP, FCC, EEO and OFCCP.

Job Requirements:
– Proven experience and success working a virtual recruiting environment.
– Proven expertise in successfully developing and implementing recruiting strategies.
– Requires a solid knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques.
– Able to quickly adapt to varying cultures and hiring needs.
– Operationally driven with the ability to manage processes.
– Must be able to work independently and partner with other recruiters in a team-oriented environment & culture.
– Ability to interpret and accurately communicate job requirements to potential candidates.
– Must have strong time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
– Possess a strong sense of urgency and negotiation skills.
– Must be detail oriented and possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
– Must have PC proficiency including MS Office.
– Possess a high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality.
– Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
– Must have experience with a wide variety of sourcing vehicles to include social media.
– Working knowledge of federal, state and local employment law.
– Must have 5+ years recruiting experience.
– All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
·Experience with BrassRing and Cognos.
·Prefer experience with high-volume recruiting process.
·Prior experience in agency recruiting and corporate recruiting is desired.

Education and Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
·AIRS Certification a plus
·PHR/SPHR a plus

Travel Requirements:
Travel up to 10% of the time or more may be required.
