Our client, a fast paced growing company in Princeton is seeking a virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Sourcer/Recruiter for a 6-month assignment for a Super Star Sourcer/Recruiter. The compensation will be $45/hour.
The Sourcer/Recruiter will be looking for the best of the best pharmaceutical sales candidates using creative sourcing techniques, such as LinkedIn, other Social Media, Database mining, Boolean Searches, Referrals, etc. The focus of this job is sourcing but there will be an opportunity to do some full life cycle recruiting in a high volume environment.
Must be certified in AIRS or LinkedIn. Strong creative sourcing required. Full life cycle recruiting background essential. Pharmaceutical sales staffing required along with proven metrics. Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume and productive work environment. Must be able to produce excellent quality of candidates quickly! Competitive hourly rate and benefits.
