|The Senior Recruiter core function will be to proactively recruit qualified candidates for consideration against the recruitment demands of ABB US Process Automation.
Additional responsibilities will include partnering with hiring managers to determine core competencies for job openings, developing recruitment strategies, scheduling interviews, and assisting with various processes to support the hiring and selection of talent.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for screening candidates, interviewing and negotiating offers of employment as appropriate.
-Recruitment experience needed in Technical or Engineering Field with half of the Recruiting experience being Corporate Recruiting and the other half strong third party recruiting.
-8+ years of recruiting experience is required.
-Experience with corporate and/or agency / third party recruitment is high desired.
-Experience recruiting for engineers is highly preferred.
-Experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management systems and Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
-The successful candidate must be detail oriented, proactive and have exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
-Knowledge of OFFCP Regulations and employment law as it relates to recruitment in the United States is required.
-5+ years demonstrated experience and success with candidate generation utilizing 4 or more of the following resources is required: Social Networking Direct Recruitment AIRS, Boolean Search Internet Posting and various media campaigns Resume Databases Market Intelligence Tools and Databases
