WHO YOU ARE:
You’re a specialty sourcing expert that geeks out on using creative sourcing methods to find not only the unusual squirrels but the three toed purple squirrels too. When asked what your favorite sourcing tool is, you don’t list the major job boards first, and you know that there’s more than one way to create a Boolean string. You’re comfortable in reaching out to complete strangers on LinkedIn, Twitter, the web, and you have a robust LinkedIn presence that you use relentlessly. You know that picking up a phone is as important in reaching candidates as a well written email.

You’re mature, disciplined, and can complete an assignment with minimal direction and perseverance without giving up in the face of roadblocks. As with all recruiting roles, flexibility in the face of changing priorities is key, but you’re still disciplined enough to easily follow directions and processes. You truly are customer oriented, viewed as a Subject Matter Expert, and also have the open and receptive traits that demonstrate teamwork and the team approach when working with other team members and customers.

As a Sourcing Specialist you’ll be responsible for sourcing and delivering qualified candidates to our recruiting team so we can achieve talent resource requirements for our BPO clients. You’re a quick study and able to understand role details needed to start a sourcing assignment, and consistently document your findings in a well written style. You’ve got the ability to be an out-of -the-box thinker to support our call center operations exempt roles.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals. Develop and implement strategies for generating applicants using cold calling, internet sourcing, social media, networking, job boards, etc. Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates. Work with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that creates an effective search process. Responsible for building an ongoing candidate pipeline for future openings. Ability to manage multiple positions and projects simultaneously with the flexibility to meet changing business requirements.

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience 5-7 years senior level recruitment sourcing experience A proven and consistent track record of sourcing & hiring passive candidates from direct competitors. Expertise and demonstrated ability to apply Boolean Logic sourcing techniques is required. Applicant Tracking System experience is required to track and manage candidates; Taleo preferred but other enterprise ATS is acceptable. Strong organizational skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player in a highly collaborative environment, able to mentor and take direction AIRS certification is a plus.
