Property Tax Recruiting – Contract

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Organization. This role is a contract role for our talent acquisition team and will help identify, attract and deliver candidates for Thomson Reuters. You will use your talent and recruitment sourcing/research skills combined with your relationship management ability to build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates. You will utilize online sourcing strategies and searches along with networking events and communities to feed your pipeline repositories.

Responsibilities:
Effectively source and screen Property Tax consultants on a national basis Create Sourcing Strategies in accord with recruitment partners and HR Directors to achieve organizations short term hiring goals. Appropriately screen candidates and provide background summaries in accord with expectations. Utilize your deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking to create new communities that identify and build talent pipelines Build outside relationships with specialty organizations.

This position is on a contract basis of 3-6 months. Possible long term employment could arise from this role.

3 plus year’s experience research/recruiting/Sourcer (search, agency or corporate) Successful cold calling and interviewing experience at all levels of a corporation Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting process Internet savvy of web 2.0 tools and techniques and mining databases Taleo experience a must National recruitment experience a must, international a plus Cloud mining a plus AIRS Certified a plus At Thomson Reuters, we believe what we do matters.
