Description

Responsibility Areas:

· Identify and obtain information about potential candidates to meet demand as clarified with business segments using electronic and verbal communication methods

· Execute sourcing via existing and emerging channels to identify job seekers using primarily telephone networking, user groups, and other in-person networking activities

· Attend and/or lead intake sessions and/or feedback sessions with Recruiting team and Hiring Manager

· Obtain resumes and paper pre-qualify candidates for Recruiting team

· Contact jobseekers or potential candidates using verbal and other communication methods

· Establish new sources, research potential new vendor relationships, and manage existing vendor relationships

· Act as liaison to agencies

· Enter relevant and accurate candidate data for Recruiting and Operations teams

· Work with Talent Sourcing Manager and Operations team to oversee productivity of the various sourcing channels

· Maintain and update the CRM

· Track and report sourcing results

· Post opportunities on internal and external sources

Qualifications

Formal Education & Certification

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sourcing experience required

Knowledge & Experience:

· Ability to adapt to changing business priorities & environment

· Excellent prospecting and networking skills, especially via online social networks

· Hands-on experience in high-volume talent sourcing

· Knowledge of different application tracking systems helpful

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

· Knowledge and skill in candidate process management

· Sales and marketing skills preferred

· Strong customer-service orientation

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

· External vendor management skills

· Ability to communicate ideas

· Highly self-motivated and directed

· Keen attention to detail

· Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

· Strong analytical skills

· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

· Previous agency experience a plus

· AIRS certification a plus
