We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to help aid in the hiring of technologists, scientists and engineers. Our ideal candidates have strong intellectual curiosity, a passion for finding “needle in the haystack” information, collaborate well and are methodical. Excellent technical skills and a strong desire to succeed are important.

Initial Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruiting logistics, including

Scheduling interviews and testing/assessments

Coordinating candidate travel

Process expense reports

Run background investigations and reference checks

Gather interview/testing feedback from interviewers

Create and update candidate profiles in applicant tracking system

Create jobs in applicant tracking system and post to job boards and networks

Run and update recruiting reports

Sourcing and screening candidates: Create a robust candidate pipeline by utilizing technical resources such as LinkedIn.com, career websites, blogs, social media, Job Boards, User Groups and Google searches

Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning about technology and finance

Organized, methodical, and proficient with MS Office and web applications

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability and passion to create a professional recruiting experience for candidates and internal clients

Demonstrated multitasker and the ability to meet deadlines

Strong track record of working independently and a proven ability as a self-motivated, detail oriented, results-driven team player

Advantageous Experience:
Major in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations or Technical field preferred

AIRS Certification and LinkedIn Recruiter Certification

1-4 years of experience, preferably in a trading or high technology firm
