KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:
" Build and maintain proactive partnerships with all client groups in order to understand their business, be aware of their staffing needs and issues, and offer ideas, solutions and tools.

"Develop recruitment strategies for open positions in partnership with Hiring Manager. Clearly define sourcing strategies and service level agreements.

"Develop candidate slates to present to Hiring Managers and work as liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and HR partners through full cycle recruiting process. Guide and direct the interview, offer & hiring process.

"Maintain high level of industry awareness.

"Build a network of contacts and pipeline of talent for future opportunities.

"Direct follow up on all associate referrals to identify qualified candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:
" MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
o Bachelor’s degree

o A minimum of 4 years full-life cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or with a Recruiting agency

o Specific experience in retail or other serviced driven industries.

o Strong command of Internet search tools and techniques

" PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o Retail industry experience

o AIRS certification

· Proficiency with all Microsoft Office software products
