The Expert Recruiter will be responsible for the development and oversight of the Gas Operations talent pipeline and will partner with senior management in support of business units. This individual will lead the development and management of an array of strategies and action plans to meet short and long-term recruiting and sourcing needs and objectives for Gas Operations. The Recruiter will also provide thought leadership on new talent acquisition tools, processes, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively at the executive level, as well as strong consulting, influencing and negotiating expertise. This candidate will also have the ability to develop key relationships and will have solid business acumen. The successful candidate can hit the ground running, is able to be a contributing member to the Recruiting Leadership Team and a strategic partner to line of business leadership. Qualifications
