The person in this role will be responsible for mining databases, networking and reviewing applicants to develop candidate pipeline for the Corporate Recruiting Team. In addition to sourcing they will also be on point to phone screen all eligible candidates updating the ATS with applicable notes and disposition. This is NOT a full-cycle recruiting position but only focused on sourcing and prescreening functions.
Source candidates for select roles focusing on internet and networking research. Manage research and sourcing of candidates for mid-level to executive roles for both individual contributors or management positions. Review submitted candidate resume information (qualification review). Prequalify candidates in regard to qualifications for role. Database Maintenance: Add and maintain candidate records relating to conversations, interviews, submittals and placements. Maintain records in the database regarding job order activities. Complete recruiting administrative tasks as directed by the Recruiting Manager.
A minimum of 5 years sourcing both individual contributors to senior management positions
A minimum of 3 years cold phone call experience Advanced experience with Boolean recruiting techniques and search string (AIRS Certification a plus)
Demonstrated experience sourcing "passive" candidates through internet, association and networking research in a search firm environment preferred
Extensive networking experience required Excellent oral/written communication and presentation (one to one/group) skills
Working knowledge of/experience with candidate management systems/application tracking software required Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
