As a Contract Recruiter at Go Daddy, you will join a talent acquisition team that recruits for our rapidly growing software development, product, IT, marketing and central services functions. You will use your sourcing, screening, negotiating and relationship management skills to find the top-tier talent that fuels our organizational success. You should be able to demonstrate your passion and ability to succeed in a fast- paced, dynamic, technically focused environment.

This individual will start on a contract basis; based on performance and work volumes, you may be considered for a full time regular opportunity.

In this role, you will:
Effectively utilize multiple sourcing and marketing channels to identify and pipeline top quality talent

Execute full cycle recruiting process, including hiring manager interaction, sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates

Ensure a premier end-to-end candidate experience, including selling and closing on chosen candidates

Manage effective and consultative relationships with hiring managers and key customers

Maintain community relationships with local recruiting partners, such as universities and user groups

Share knowledge, best practice and recommendations for improvement through all aspects of process

Assist with other talent acquisition projects as needed

Do you have what it takes?

Previous recruiting experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment

Passion for recruiting at various events and venues

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related work experience

3-5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting

PHR, SPHR, ERE and/or AIRS Certification preferred

Strong written/verbal communication skills

Strong technical skills, including ATS, HRIS and MS Office Suite
