Recruitment Specialist – Groupon International Dublin

Recruiters at Groupon have deeper impact by ensuring that people are matched to roles and teams which enable them to be great, and by protecting the quality of character that joins the company.

Specifically, our Dublin product development center is looking for a full–cycle recruiter with experience sourcing and maintaining an abnormally strong pipeline of talent. Partnering with hiring teams locally and beyond, our recruiting function builds teams which sit at the intersection of local and mobile, fueling a commerce platform that continues to evolve.

Core Responsibilities

Source, screen, interview, negotiate with and hire top or over-the-top talent

Partner with hiring teams to ensure that hires match by more than the immediate needs of the particular team or candidate

Champion a ridiculously amazing candidate experience

Champion an equally amazing process within hiring teams, including thorough interview debriefs and process re-calibration when necessary

Articulate our business, mission and values in ways that resonate with each particular contact, presenting an objective view of life at Groupon


Initial preference given to mid and senior-level profiles of technical recruiters with experience filling product and engineering roles, in-house

Detailed track record of delivery, partnering with multiple hiring managers concurrently

Ability to speak comfortably to basic tech stack architecture, front-end and back-end engineering profiles as well as testing roles

Experience sourcing candidates through social media beyond LinkedIn. AIRS certification and/or advanced web recruiting skills (complex search string savvy) preferred
