Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition

Job Description

Disney Interactive is the digital entertainment part of The Walt Disney Company. As one of the world’s largest creators of high-quality digital experiences, Disney Interactive produces interactive entertainment for the whole family including multi-platform video games, online short form video, mobile and social games and digital destinations across all current and emerging media platforms.

Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3-5 years leading advanced recruitment teams; preferably in progressive and best in class recruiting organization with high volume, large multi-national organization; hiring for Engineering, Design, Art, Product Management, and Production functions

7-10+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting and sourcing environment, with emphasis on product development and hard to fill disciplines

Experience creating original sourcing/recruiting strategies as well as have the ability to effectively communicate sourcing/recruiting plans to all levels of clients within the organization

Experience driving and executing workforce forecast to deliver against talent gap, diversity, veteran and identified critical hiring plans

Focus on ensuring that the recruiting team is providing Disney’s standard of quality service for clients and candidates throughout the process

Experience coaching and developing team capabilities and leading through vision and values

Ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization both within and across geographical markets

Demonstrated ability to leverage internal and external partnerships

Extensive sourcing capabilities leveraging modern internet tools and professional networking media

Familiarity with mobile technology recruitment

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills

Experience with Kenexa or an equivalent ATS, VMS, and Enterprise HRMS

Successful search firm and corporate recruiting experience


Preferred Qualifications

Masters, MBA, or equivalent is a plus

Preferred Education

AIRS ACIR, CDR, CSSR, PRC, ECRE Certifications


Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
